Replacement Policy (7 Days)
We offer a 7-day replacement policy for the following cases:
• Damaged product
• Defective item
• Wrong product delivered
👉 To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Replacement Conditions
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of issue (images/videos) may be required
• Replacement will be processed after verification
Refund Policy
• Refunds are applicable only in cases where replacement is not available
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or replacement:
• Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
• Items returned without original packaging
• Products not reported within the 7-day window
Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
Important Notes
• Slight delays in replacement or refunds may occur due to logistics or verification processes
• HegoMart reserves the right to refuse requests that do not meet policy conditions
