Order Cancellation Policy

At HegoMart, we understand that you may need to cancel an order in certain situations. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

Cancellation Before Shipment

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
• To cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID
• Once cancelled, prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method

Cancellation After Shipment

• Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
• You may refuse delivery or contact us for further assistance

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• Please ensure availability to receive your order
• Repeated cancellations or refusals may lead to COD restrictions on future orders

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• COD orders: No refund applicable as no payment is collected

Important Notes

• Cancellation requests must be made promptly before dispatch
• HegoMart reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity
